[6/8/2012] shoot4thestars: That's wonderful about the raw foods! Sorry I took so long to reply...didn't even notice my comments until just now. I went for an annual physical a couple days ago to see what improvements it made for me, and my LDL Cholesterol dropped 31 points! With many, many more benefits, but it sure felt good going in knowing my dr. would be proud of me going in ^_^ Life is good~ Keep Smiling!
