I just got into binaural beats this past year and they're powerful..I usually throw them on before i go to sleep and they will put my mind as ease to put my body at ease then I'm out like a light off into most of the time very lucid dreams..so I get some great rest that night...and I also Like some guided meditations as well, more visonary and imagination involved so that helps a lot of times with relaxing breathing and creativity..

There is a really cool APP for any Mac users. It's called Relax Melodies. It allows you to combine a myriad of sounds to make your own relaxing meditation music, and can also incorporate binaural tones into it. One of the ones I created is called Sitting by a River, because i incorporated river sounds into it. Another one is Native American Night. It's really nice. The free version only gives you like 2 or 3 binaural tones, and like 50 sounds to mix, but the Premium version, which is only like 5 dollars, gives you six different tones, depending on the deepness of meditation you desire, and around 100 sounds to mix. It's a really cool APP for the person who likes to have some form of music during meditation. And the nature sounds are really well done. It makes it easy to picture oneself there.

The Monroe Institute also provides many stuff with binaural beats, but theirs is different. They call their product Hemi-Sync (hemispheric synchronization). I tried a demo that they offer on their website. It was very legit.

Lol. Yeah. I like hemi-sync too. I'm also not a big fan of the brown, white, black, pink, noise binaural beats! Monroe Institute has a lot of creative options for hemi-sync too.

And about the Relax Melodies APP, unfortunately I don't think that the APP is offered for non-mac users. But if you have an iphone, you can download the APP onto there and just use it from there. Apparently at this point, it is exclusively for manzana users.

I have quite a few hemi-sync audio tracks & have found them to be quite good.. the solfeggio ones are really good too as they incorporate actual melodies & music that you can just drift off to far away places with. After listening to just brown noise for the first month I was very grateful to find something nicer to listen to! haha.

Is this APP you mentioned available for non-MAC users, would you know? Smile

SoulWonder, Do you listen to the binaural beats with headphones on or without? I understand that it is better to listen to them with headphones. I just downloaded some beats from gregg's youtube channel and will use them before going to sleep as well.
